MINDFUL MENTAL MOBILITY (M-CUBED)

  • M3 teaches performers to accept and move towards challenges.
  • Think of mental mobility (flexibility) as analogous to as physical mobility.
  • Getting bogged down by unproductive thoughts and emotions hinders performance.
  • M3 integrates multiple mental skills concepts into a single, unique approach tailored to clients’ needs.

 

M3 is my own philosophy of practice that was developed during my graduate training in sport psychology. M3 is uniquely tailored and applied to all of my clients, but be clear – one size does not fit all!
