Practicing Mindfulness: I believe that being rather than doing is the doorway to reaching one’s potential. I will likely ask partners to practice meditation and mindful breathing as part of our work together.
Practicing Discomfort: I encourage partners to take risks in service of meeting their goals. I will provide support every step of the way.
Practicing Accountability: I will demonstrate the importance of accountability in any relationship. Further, I will incorporate practices to help partners improve accountability to themselves and others.
